Is a griddle available to placed over the burners after removing the grates?
The MAGR griddle plate can be used in place of one of the sections of grate on any Mont Alpi grill.

Is this solution available with the fridge on the left and the burner / propane tank storage on the right?
Moving the burner is the problem. It is not finished on the right side and the gas line goes through there.
You could put a fridge on the left of the burner, if you drilled the holes for the connection hardware, This would work best with the black stainless because you don't have the white sides to deal with.
A configuration of (left to right) fridge, burner, grill, cabinet is what you would have.. You want something to the right of the grill because it isn't finished. -
Can a stub wall be built behind this unit, or does it need to "breath" and be open behind?
This needs 5 inches of clearance for hood opening.
Also, all the breathing is in the back. We've had customers build a decorative wall behind it to screen the back from view, They just don't have the island flush against it. -
What are the dimensions (specifically length) with the extra storage cabinet included?
The MAi805-DFC is 94 inches long. An extra cabinet adds 25 inches so the total length with extra cabinet is 109 inches.

If I add a storage cabinet will the correct size grill cover be sent for a 'four piece' unit? how do I get the correct grill cover with this deluxe with one added component?
Yes, you will get the cover section needed to cover the extra cabinet.

Do they make this exact model in natural Gas instead of propane?
All Mont Alpi grills come set up for propane but are easily convertible to natural gas. That is done by removing one nozzle from each burner with the included tool. Then you would just need a natural gas regulator and hose. Those can be obtained locally, or from us. The stock number is MANGK.

Best working and durable kitchen ever. It’s been amazing how well this thing works and how great it still looks.
I was hesitant to write a review without bias. I got my grill last month and have done a few cooks on it. I am impressed with how it has performed so far. The charcoal insert is awesome to use as a smoking pan. I like the heat distribution within the grill. Still learning the cooking zones.
I have found a couple of places for improvement. I love the drawers and the cabinet space. It would be great to have a storage spot for the rotisserie skewer.
The grill cover appears to be really sturdy except for the zippers. The way mine zipps, it puts the start of the zipper in the back of the grill. Bidirectional zippers would fix that.
Overall I give it a 4.8 out of 5
I also received the pizza oven. (It was free). The quality is not as good as the grill. The edges are sharp and the stainless steel feels a bit flimsy and cheap. I ripped the cover for it right after the first use on one of the corners. I did make a pizza in it and it came out great. So this one is going to be a 4 out of 5.

looks great and well constructed. Wished it would heat up faster with propane
Love the grill. However, the 2 boxes were loaded on the pallet with the sides for opening facing each other on the inside (boxes were loaded on the pallet backwards). This made it a real pain in the ass to unload and unpack the boxes. Need to make sure your DC people know how to properly load pallets and that they are inspected before shipping. Other than that, the grill is great!
