Shipping Costs & Service Area
At Outdoor Kitchen Pro, we strive to make shipping simple and affordable.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $149.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $149, we offer a flat rate of $12.95 for standard shipping.

Please Note:

  • This shipping promotion applies only to orders delivering within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
  • Some items may be excluded from this promotion. Any excluded items will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Replacement parts do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.

Our Shipping Methods
To ensure the best service, Outdoor Kitchen Pro reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a freight carrier) and service level for every order.

  • Parcel Shipments: Smaller items will ship via standard ground services like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Freight Shipments: The majority of our items, including grills and fire pits, are too large for standard parcel services and will ship via a freight carrier. Our standard freight service includes Curbside Delivery with Liftgate. (Please see our Freight Delivery Guide for crucial details on this process).

Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States

We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations.

However, we are happy to ship to your preferred U.S.-based freight forwarder. Our free and flat-rate shipping policies apply to the delivery to your freight forwarder's address. Please be aware that our responsibility for the product, including any damage or loss, ends once it is delivered to and accepted by your freight forwarder. Any replacement parts or items will only be shipped to that same freight forwarder address.

Additional Charges & Special Circumstances
Additional charges will apply for services beyond our standard shipping. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deliveries to locations that are difficult to access (e.g., islands, remote areas).
  • Addresses where a full-sized tractor-trailer cannot safely access and turn around. Transferring goods to a smaller truck for final delivery will incur a fee.
  • Missed Delivery appointments
  • Rerouting a shipment once it has left the warehouse
  • Refusal of a scheduled delivery.

What is Curbside Freight Delivery?

This is our standard method for large items like islands,  grills and fire pits. Here’s what it means:

  1. Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. They will not deliver without a confirmed appointment.

  2. Tractor-Trailer: Your order will arrive on a full-sized tractor-trailer. Your address must be accessible and have room for the truck to turn around or continue to a main road. The tractor-trailers will not enter your driveway for safety reasons.

  3. Liftgate Service: The driver will use a liftgate to lower your crated or palletized item from the truck to the ground.

  4. Curbside: The driver will place the item at the curb at the end of your driveway. They may be able to move it a short distance on a flat, paved surface (like into a garage), but this is not guaranteed.

  5. Assistance: We strongly recommend that you have assistance available to help move your order to it's final location.

Order Confirmation & Processing:

Here’s what happens after you click "complete order" to ensure your purchase is handled smoothly and transparently.

  1. Order Placed & Payment Pre-Authorization As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. At this stage, your payment method is pre-authorized for the total amount, but the funds have not yet been captured. This reserves the funds and confirms your intent to purchase.

  2. Stock & Availability Check Our team immediately gets to work confirming that your item is in stock and available for shipment.

  3. Finalizing and Processing Your Order

    • For In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock or will be ready to ship within 7 days, we will finalize the payment by capturing the funds and submit your order to the warehouse for processing and shipment. Most items ship within 2-3 business days.

    • For Backordered Items: If we discover that your item will not be ready to ship within 7 days (and this longer lead time was not noted on the product page), we will not capture the payment. Instead, we will contact you directly via email to inform you of the estimated shipping date and ask how you would like to proceed. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full and immediate void of the pre-authorization.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, we will receive tracking information. We will then email this information to you. Please note that there can sometimes be a delay between the item shipping and when we receive the tracking number. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@outdoorkitchenpro.com.

Policy on Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery thoroughly upon arrival.

  • Visible Damage: If you see any damage to the packaging, you must make a note of it on the delivery receipt when signing. Send photos of the damage to info@outdoorkitchenpro.com immediately. We will get it taken care of.

  • Concealed Damage & Missing Items: We understand that not all damage is visible from the outside. Please open and inspect your items as soon as possible, even if you do not plan to install them right away.

  • You must report any concealed damage or missing items to us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this 5-day window may not be honored by the manufacturer or freight carrier, but we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Before Your Order Ships

You may cancel most orders without penalty any time before they are packed for shipment.

  • Exception: "Special Order" and "Custom Made" items are non-cancelable 24 hours after the order is placed.

After Your Order Ships

If you wish to cancel an order after it has already left the warehouse, it will be treated as a return. (See our Return Policy for details)

  • If you cancel or refuse delivery after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return), even if the item was sold with free shipping.

  • A restocking fee charged by our supplier may also be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Delays: While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as freight transit times are outside of our control. Orders cannot be canceled without penalty due to freight delays.
