Can it back up to a brick house?
You will need to leave 5 inches behind it for hood clearance. Otherwise, you will be fine putting it there.

We current have a grill and burner. Is it possible to order the extension of sick and refrigerator?
The beverage center can be ordered separately.

Can you configure this to accommodate an L shape kitchen?
Yes, if you add a 90 degree corner module, it can be configured like the deluxe island shown here. MAi805-DBEV90C

Can you move sink to the left of the grill ?
The beverage center (sink/fridge unit) can be moved to the left of the left burner cabinet. You would just need to drill the holes for the attachment hardware.
Moving it between the left burner and grill is way more difficult. The gas and ignitor lines that pass between the two are not long enough to reach. -
What is the total length of the unit?
It is 132 inches.

Can this be reversed (i.e. beverage center and sink on left, burners on right) ?
The burner can't be moved to the right because of the gas line that goes betweeen the grill and burner unit.
You could move the beverage center to the left of the burner. You would need to drill the holes for the attachment hardware since the burner unit is designed as an end unit. -
What type of water connection (pipe or water hose) is required for the sink with faucet?
The faucet uses a hose connection. One temperature only.
For hot and cold, you would need to change out the faucet. -
Can this be used indoors with proper venting
The product Manual has the warning "For Outdoor Use Only"

Is a cover and rotisserie included?
No the cover and rotisserie are not included with the standard version. However, they can be purchased as add ons. The cover and Rotisserie are included with the deluxe and black stainless versions.

How far to the electric cords on the unit extend? I will have my electric socket on the right side of the unit. Will all of them be able to reach (Grill lights, fridge, and rotisserie) or will that require extension cords?
The cords are all 4 foot long so should reach an outlet in the middle.
The rotisserie will only be plugged in while being used. aThe outlet should be easily accessable. -
One of the review pictures shows a pullout drawer with a trashcan/recycling bin. Is that included with this unit or is that a separate unit? Does this unit have a trash bin area?

Can a 5gal bucket be placed under the kitchen for water collection?

How many outlets do I need to have available?
Two.
You need one for the grill lights and one for the fridge.
If you purchase the rotisserie, you will need a third outlet for it. -
Do the shelves come out of the right cabinet if we wanted to use for trash?
Yes, the shelves can be removed.

can I have this set up without the Grill and burner want plain counter space on top with only the sink on left hand side, beverage centers drawers and doors on the bottom.
Only the beverage center can be purchased separately. The counters are not available without the grill and burners.

Best working and durable kitchen ever. It’s been amazing how well this thing works and how great it still looks.
I was hesitant to write a review without bias. I got my grill last month and have done a few cooks on it. I am impressed with how it has performed so far. The charcoal insert is awesome to use as a smoking pan. I like the heat distribution within the grill. Still learning the cooking zones.
I have found a couple of places for improvement. I love the drawers and the cabinet space. It would be great to have a storage spot for the rotisserie skewer.
The grill cover appears to be really sturdy except for the zippers. The way mine zipps, it puts the start of the zipper in the back of the grill. Bidirectional zippers would fix that.
Overall I give it a 4.8 out of 5
I also received the pizza oven. (It was free). The quality is not as good as the grill. The edges are sharp and the stainless steel feels a bit flimsy and cheap. I ripped the cover for it right after the first use on one of the corners. I did make a pizza in it and it came out great. So this one is going to be a 4 out of 5.

looks great and well constructed. Wished it would heat up faster with propane
Love the grill. However, the 2 boxes were loaded on the pallet with the sides for opening facing each other on the inside (boxes were loaded on the pallet backwards). This made it a real pain in the ass to unload and unpack the boxes. Need to make sure your DC people know how to properly load pallets and that they are inspected before shipping. Other than that, the grill is great!
