I was hesitant to write a review without bias. I got my grill last month and have done a few cooks on it. I am impressed with how it has performed so far. The charcoal insert is awesome to use as a smoking pan. I like the heat distribution within the grill. Still learning the cooking zones.
I have found a couple of places for improvement. I love the drawers and the cabinet space. It would be great to have a storage spot for the rotisserie skewer.
The grill cover appears to be really sturdy except for the zippers. The way mine zipps, it puts the start of the zipper in the back of the grill. Bidirectional zippers would fix that.
Overall I give it a 4.8 out of 5
I also received the pizza oven. (It was free). The quality is not as good as the grill. The edges are sharp and the stainless steel feels a bit flimsy and cheap. I ripped the cover for it right after the first use on one of the corners. I did make a pizza in it and it came out great. So this one is going to be a 4 out of 5.

In my haste to replace my old grill, I wasn’t quite accurate with the measurements so we did get the grill to fit, but with a few modifications it does look great. It lights the fire really well and we have yet to cook on it, but that will happen soon this weekend.

Grill arrived in a large wooden crate, it took me about 30 minutes to unpack and situate. The quality, look and feel surpassed my expectations. I went with the black lid as it matches my black shutters. I have cooked a few times now and the grill itself works very well. The refrigerator is larger than expected and works very well in the Southern California heat. I absolutely love this grill, one of my best purchases ever.
Ordering process was easy and the people were great to work with. Shipment was on time and packaged very well. I would recommend this company..

Love the grill. However, the 2 boxes were loaded on the pallet with the sides for opening facing each other on the inside (boxes were loaded on the pallet backwards). This made it a real pain in the ass to unload and unpack the boxes. Need to make sure your DC people know how to properly load pallets and that they are inspected before shipping. Other than that, the grill is great!
It makes all of the difference in the world to have a cover that is made for the beverage center. The special section for the faucet is particularly helpful. Before the snow storm last week, we put insulation around the faucet and the pipes leading to the sink, unplugged the refrigerator, then put the cover over the entire outdoor center. No frozen pipes, no problems whatsoever. The cover fit like a glove. I would recommend, however, that you include some basic instructions on how to join the three cover pieces together with the zippers. We eventually figured it out, but it was trial and error!
I have had other grills that start with a "W".
This grill far exceeded my expectations. Great construction built much better then the W, Ii's built like a tank. Gets to nice high temperatures. Beverage center with every shelf full gets to temp of 38 degrees F.

The bbq and island are even better quality thank i originally thought. Everything was shipped super fast and was scheduled for delivery within a couple days. Packaging was great and super secure and there was no damage. Overall I am beyond happy. We cooked on it recently and it worked flawlessly. Thank you again!
Excellent product, excellent delivery, excellent customer service. Outdoor Kitchen Pro was highly efficient from beginning to end. I live in Florida and my delivery was during the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. Customer service made sure the delivery was handle efficiently and professionally according to my adjustments and displacement. The item was well packed and secured. When I contacted customer service for details on my order…..response was within hours not days. Although they only offer 5 stars…Ii would surely give them 10 stars. Great grill setup. Did have to do some adjustments with the extra cabinet. Called back to store. Never heard back but figured it out ( little change on connection)
I have not been able to install the beverage center yet. Is final location is not finished yet. The shipping was flawless, the packaging was solid, and the beverage center looks great, just not set up yet.

The island is very well-made and beautiful. It was packed securely for shipment and there was no damage. Communication about shipping was accurate and delivery was on-time and done with care. I must say, too, that the service we've received post-delivery from Outfoor Kitchen Pro has been excellent! They clearly care about their customers post-purchase. They've answered our questions quickly and completely. You will not be disappointed!
Response during sell was prompt. Customer service after the sale has been poor. 4 Emails and 2 phone calls later we still await an accurate and informative response. It is so easy to just admit the mistake and ship the missing pieces. This has not been our experience.

I did not have any issues with installation other than trying to level the unit. I was unable to lower the levels with a phillips or flathead screwdriver. I will have to find a thin wrench that will fit the unit. I had a friend install my water and drain line, I must say he did an awesome job. He tied my drain line into my french drain line, so that it flows through the french drain. I have not used the kitchen yet, but can't wait. Outdoor kitchen pro was very helpful when support was required. I am very pleased with my Mont Alpi 805 Deluxe Island with Beverage Center / MAi805-DBEV .
