The driver will get it to the ground and may push it a short distance on a smooth surface, but you will be responsible for it from there.

I have natural gas what is the conversion?
To convert it, you will need to remove a nozzle from each burner with a tool that is included. The instructions will be in the manual.
Then you will need a natural gas regulator and hose.
You can purchase that locally or this one: Mont Alpi Natural Gas Kit
Who do you power the LED lights and rotisserie? Batteries, AC?
The LED lights and rotisserie have a power cord and require AC outlets.
The igniter uses a battery.
I'm thinking about how hard it is to get to my back patio. How heavy are the pieces? how much assembly is required? Can it be leveled on wheels so I can roll it to another place nearby on patio?
This island arrives in three assembled sections. You will need to attach them with the included hardware. You will also attach the gas line to the side burner since it comes from the grill section.
Mont Alpi doesn't provide the weight of the island. However they say that the grill section which is the heaviest is around 240 pounds. Removing what is removable (grates, drawers, hood) will lighten it considerably.
All of the sections are on wheels. The the wheel assemblies have levelers so that you can level the island. If you wish to move it, you would just raise the levelers.
how many AC outlets are needed?
Two outlets are needed.
One for the grill lights and one for the rotisserie.
