The driver will get it to the ground and may push it a short distance on a smooth surface, but you will be responsible for it from there.

can this be placed against a wall? If not how much space is needed? could an enclosure be built around it?
It needs 5 inches behind the grill for hood opening.
The venting and access for gas, water and electric cords are also back there.
What some customers have done to present more of a built in look, is to build out a short lip from the wall at counter height. The clearance for the hood is only needed above counter height.
canu remove whells to make stationary.??is there a wway to split fridges up one on either side of layout?
The wheels can be removed. The levelers are part of the wheel assembly, so you would be removing them as well. When on the wheels, the levelers are what locks the unit in place.
The fridge cabinet on the right is designed to be an end unit on the right. You could move it to the far left, but would need to drill the holes for the attachment hardware. Also if you look closely at the cabinet, you will see that the right wall is a bit thicker than the left one. That might not look the way that you want when on the far left.
Another option would be to move the beverage center (the sink fridge unit ) to the far left. As with the fridge unit alone, you would need to drill the holes for attachment. The downside is that you wouldn't bracket the setup with fridges. You would have the sink on the far left.
